Our Warranty conditions are very straightforward
All goods and works carried out by Mr Gearbox Mr Clutch are sold subject to the conditions of this warranty.
Every gearbox we remove and refit comes with a full 18 months warranty.
Where remove and refit the repaired gearbox, we give a 12-month warranty on the parts that have been changed only. Upon inspection of your gearbox our specialist will advise of any other parts which require attention; this is then customer’s choice whether they wish to proceed with further work, such as a full recondition, or a repair only.
If gearboxes under warranty are worked on by anyone other Mr Gearbox Mr Clutch, then this warranty shall become void and any work then carried out by us will become chargeable. The warranty will also be void if upon inspection it is found that there has been misuse, or neglect to the gearbox.
